  • Position Summary

    Position Summary: Performs clerical duties independently, including but not limited to answering phones, schedules appointments, maintains fax queue, correspondence, filing, copying, scanning, receiving and distributing mail, maintains calendars and meeting schedules.  Assists staff with the coordinator of navigation, health coaching and outreach programs offered within the department.

    Responsibilities

    Essential Functions:

    • Maintaining ACO Compliance with provider/supplier list, registrations and enrollment. 
    • Coordinate with ACO committee leadership scheduling meetings, establishing connections, managing rosters and documentation. 
    • Support Board of Managers including meeting minutes, agenda, logistics and annual retreat 
    • Receives/distributes mail, answers phone, screens and directs caller’s retrieves records from storage and maintains reception/waiting area 
    • Track contractual requirements for each phase of the project, managing participation and quality agreements for hospitals and clinics across the project 
    • Provides daily support to ACO Program Manager 
    • Provide support to Executive Director for work related to ACO program projects

    Qualifications

    Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3-5 years administrative assistant or comparable experience preferred.

    Certificates and Licenses: Additional certification may be required for certain patient care settings or populations.
